SUMMARY:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for finding businesses that need us and our products, providing customers with information about all of the products and services we offer, follows up and continues to service each customer and executes pre-determined programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Creates a good first impression and builds rapport with sales prospects


·Introduces, educates and builds relationships with potential customers, prioritizing opportunities


·Qualifies incoming leads using a consultative sales approach


·Builds and maintains relationships with customers through appropriate frequent contact


·Resolves problems ensuring customer satisfaction


·Up-sells promotions and products


·Select and deliver appropriate programs to new customers
